We produce a range of publications for parent carers who like their information on paper. This includes handbooks, factsheets and our termly newsletter, Out of Amaze. Read more about publications

Our IAS caseworkers provide parent carers with one to one advice and support on any issues related to their child’s additional needs. Read more about one to one help

We offer specialist advice and help with making DLA claims, ranging from a factsheet to telephone advice to individual help with completing the forms. Read about help with DLA
If your child is under 20 and has a disability, special educational need or illness that significantly affects daily living, you can apply for a free Compass Card which gives cut-price leisure across the city.
