A number of local organizations have come together to organize a multicultural health and wellbeing event for people from minority ethnic backgrounds in Brighton and Hove, called A Way A Day.

A Way A Day is a family friendly event, with a free lunch and refreshments, and a variety of creative activities, board games and music on offer. There will also be practical advice and information available to help you find out what is happening locally, and where you can find help to improve your health and wellbeing.

Amaze will be running a stall where you can find out more about the support we offer, and about the Parent and Carers Council (PaCC).

Albion in the Community will be raising awareness of breast cancer, and there will be a women’s only space run by RISE, where you can take part in creative and relaxing activities.

The event is run in partnership with TDC, the Hangleton and Knoll Project, SIS, RISE and Albion in the Community.
